End User License Agreement (EULA)
이 소프트웨어를 설치 또는 사용함으로써, 귀하는 본 계약의 모든 조항에 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다. 동의하지 않으시면 설치를 진행하지 마시고 소프트웨어를 사용하지 마십시오.
1. 사용권 허락
AspenKit는 본 계약의 조건에 따라 소프트웨어를 개인 또는 기업 환경에서 무료로 설치·사용할 수 있는 비독점적·양도 불가능한 사용권을 부여합니다.
2. 소유권
소프트웨어 및 모든 지식재산권은 AspenKit 또는 그 권리자에게 귀속됩니다. 본 계약은 사용권만 부여하며 소프트웨어를 판매하는 것이 아닙니다.
3. 제한
관련 법령이 명시적으로 허용하는 범위를 제외하고, 귀하는 다음을 하지 않습니다.
- (a) 역공학·디컴파일·디스어셈블
- (b) 사용권 표시·고지의 제거·변경
- (c) AspenKit의 사전 서면 동의 없는 재판매·유료 재배포
4. 데이터 및 개인정보
소프트웨어는 사용자의 문서를 로컬에서만 처리하며, 그 자체로는 어떠한 개인정보도 수집·전송하지 않습니다. 선택적 뉴스레터 등 이메일 수집은 별도의 개인정보 처리방침을 따릅니다.
5. 무보증 (AS-IS)
소프트웨어는 "있는 그대로(AS-IS)" 제공됩니다. AspenKit는 상품성, 특정 목적 적합성, 비침해를 포함하여 명시적·묵시적 어떠한 보증도 하지 않습니다.
6. 책임의 제한
관련 법령이 허용하는 최대 범위 내에서, AspenKit는 소프트웨어의 사용 또는 사용 불능으로 발생하는 직접·간접·부수적·특별·결과적 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.
7. 계약의 해지
귀하가 본 계약을 위반하면 사용권은 자동 종료되며, 종료 시 소프트웨어의 모든 사본을 삭제해야 합니다.
8. 준거법
본 계약은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석·규율됩니다.

By installing or using the Software, you agree to all terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.
1. License Grant
AspenKit grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software free of charge, for personal or business use, under the terms of this Agreement.
2. Ownership
The Software and all intellectual property rights belong to AspenKit or its licensors. This Agreement grants a license only and does not sell the Software.
3. Restrictions
Except as expressly permitted by applicable law, you will not:
- (a) reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software;
- (b) remove or alter license notices;
- (c) resell or redistribute it for a fee without AspenKit's prior written consent.
4. Data & Privacy
The Software processes your documents locally only and itself collects or transmits no personal data. Email collection (e.g., the optional newsletter) is governed by the separate Privacy Policy.
5. No Warranty (AS-IS)
The Software is provided "AS-IS". AspenKit makes no warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AspenKit is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the Software.
7. Termination
This license terminates automatically if you breach this Agreement. Upon termination you must delete all copies of the Software.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
