AspenDay
One day seen three ways - timeline, week and Kanban. An offline daily planner with no account and no server.
Version 1.0.0 · Windows 10/11 · 64-bit · Free
Day timeline
Entries as blocks on a vertical clock. Drag to move the time, drag an edge to change how long it runs.
Week view
Seven days side by side. Drag a card to another day and its date follows.
Kanban board
To do, doing, done. The same entries seen by progress, moved by dragging.
Search
Find by date range and by title or note, then fix what you found without leaving the list.
Copy, cut and paste
Ctrl+C/X/V. Pick several and move them to another day in one go.
Repeating entries
Daily, weekdays, weekly, monthly - and skip a single occurrence when you need to.
Reminders
A nudge before an entry starts, at whatever lead time suits you. Or off entirely.
Memos and roll-over
A memo per day, and one click to carry unfinished to-dos forward to today.
.ics import and export
Exchange entries with other calendars in the standard format.
Every entry lives in a single planner.json on your own machine. Nothing is sent anywhere.
The week view lays seven days side by side. Drag a card to another day, and repeating entries preview themselves as dimmed cards.
